• Estética Madeira allows a maximum tolerance of 15 MINUTES for late appointments and may refuse service. Always safeguarding the schedule and appointments of other clients.
• Estética Madeira does not provide refunds. In justified cases, we will issue a gift voucher with the agreed amount, valid for ONE YEAR, to perform ANY SERVICE (for the value of the voucher), IN ANY STORE in our network.
• Estética Madeira only performs GEL, ACRYLIC, GEL NAIL POLISH, and WAXING (laser or wax) manicure services on minors under 16 years of age, without the signature of the legal guardian on the liability waiver and copy of the citizen’s card.
• We only perform laser hair removal procedures after the liability waiver has been read and signed.
• We inform you that all our materials are for professional use and dermatologically tested, however, you should always consider exceptional cases of allergies and inform us before the procedures.
• Estética Madeira informs that if you wish to receive an invoice for a taxpayer, you must tell this before making the payment.
